THIRUVANANTHAPURAM

KOLLAM (QUILOM)
One of Kerala's ancient capitals, Kollam was once a thriving port where Greek, Roman and Arab vessls, came to trabe. Kollam had trade connections with China too. Inthe present day, kollam is a typical kerala town, set picturesquely on the Ashtamudi lake.
